An extremely talented individual, Helen is a creative and intuitive singing teacher and the arrangements she creates really are a joy to sing. There's the music itself, from simple songs that are fun to learn to songs that can be particularly meaningful; we build wonderful harmonies and sing for the sheer joy of it. Joining - no auditions or need to read music - is the best thing I've done and an evening with the choir leaves you feeling uplifted and like you're part of something very special.

 I used to watch choirs and wish that I could join in but didn't have the confidence. I joined Helen's choir when it first started and I just couldn't believe how a group of strangers were singing in harmony from week one. Most of us were without any singing experience and unable to read music but Helen made it so easy to learn and join in. I think everyone there left on a high and couldn't wait for the next session. It's a feeling that's hard to convey and you really need to experience the 'wall of sound' that she creates. There are so many words that I could use to describe Helen - certainly crazy but also inspiring, enthusiastic and incredibly talented. A choir session with Helen is better than any medicine!

As well as me, and now my daughter, being part of her adult choirs, both of my children have sung with her school choir and so she has become a big part of our family.  I joined the Droitwich i-Sing Choir in September and I love it. Everyone is so friendly! It's very well organised and Helen is so enthusiastic! I can't read music, but that's not required as Helen's teaching style makes it easy to learn the songs. I like the fast pace of learning, so you definitely don't get bored. I really look forward to rehearsals every week! Brilliant choir!
